Juvederm Voluma

As we age we lose volume in our faces!

The good news is that lost volume can easily be replaced with dermal fillers! This popular procedure can restore the contours and shape your face had when you were younger. Fillers, such as Juvederm Voluma, can also be used to create volume where it has never existed. A skilled injector is able to place the correct consistency and amount of filler to precisely replace or create volume to the areas of the face that can benefit. Results are instant and natural in appearance!

The 8 Point Liquid Face Lift

In the olden days (five years ago) filler was used to chase lines and fill in creases such as the nasolabial folds. More recently a more global approach has been used to restore cheek contours and lost volume in other areas of the face. With precise injection points, low injection volume, and specific injection techniques (some with a needle, some with a micro-cannula, some with a linear or fanning technique) our experienced medical professionals deliver safe and predictable results in eight specific areas. Not everyone needs all eight areas of the 8 point facelift. Which areas you will benefit from will be discussed at the time of your consultation or treatment.

THE JUVEDERM FAMILY

Juvederm® is the #1 selling collection of hyaluronic acid fillers in the US. It is a naturally occurring injectable that is injected into the skin to provide volume and hydration. Juvederm® injections correct mild to severe facial wrinkles including crows feet, wrinkles around the mouth, lips, hallowing beneath the eyes, nasolabial folds and cheeks. Injections take approximately 15-25 minutes, with immediate improvements seen. Juvederm® utilizes a new cross-linking technology that enables a very smooth and natural appearing result, with injected areas retaining volume from to 6-12 months, with layering techniques lasting longer.

Juvederm Voluma

Wrinkles and lines aren’t the only signs of aging. Over time, the cheeks flatten, and the skin may begin to sag. This is caused by a natural loss of volume in the cheek area, or what the experts call ‘age-related midface volume loss’. JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC is designed to add volume beneath the skin’s surface to lift and contour the cheek area. It is the only hyaluronic acid filler proven to last 2 years in the cheek area. When treated again after 2 years, patients need less product to achieve their results.

Juvederm Ultra Plus XC

Over time, your skin loses elasticity and moisture, which contributes to moderate to severe parentheses lines and wrinkles around the nose and mouth. While serums and creams can help moisturize the skin’s surface, JUVÉDERM® XC adds volume to smooth these lines and folds, to help give you the natural-looking, long-lasting results you want. This is the only HA filler proven to last 1 year in wrinkles and folds.

Juvederm Ultra XC

Whether you’ve noticed your lips thinning over time, or simply want fuller lips, JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC is a soft filler, ideal for the delicate lip area. It can give you natural-looking results that last. 78% of people treated experienced improvement in satisfaction with the look and feel of their lips 1 year later.

Injecting Filler is an art! How do we do it?

The skill and experience of the injector will very much dictate the outcome. Restore Beauty’s medical doctors use advanced treatment techniques to ensure that our patients are comfortable. In areas such as the lips we will first apply numbing cream to desensitize the skin. In other areas we will choose to avoid the use of needles and use a micro-cannula to place the filler.

The use of a blunt-tipped micro-cannula, also called the ‘Ouchless Needle’, is a completely revolutionary technique for filler treatments. It is very small and the tip is actually rounded. The value of the blunt tip makes the injection more comfortable and reduces the risk of bruising and damage to the skin.
