Reservations

Services are available by appointment. Upon booking, clients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the reservation. We will be unable to book your appointment without a credit card guarantee.  Please keep in mind that payment is due at the time of service, we do not accept any form of insurance.

Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to hold an appointment at RESTORE BEAUTY.

RESTORE BEAUTY has a 24-hour cancellation policy. $50 fee per appointment booked will be charged to the credit card on file for missed appointments not cancelled or re-scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss a pre-paid package appointment, we will charge $50 fee to the credit card on file. Missing or cancelling multiple appointments may be subject to more penalty fees.

Return Policy

Deposits on services are non-refundable but can be used towards other services at RESTORE BEAUTY. Service packages and pre-paid treatments are not subject to refunds. Packages and pre-paid treatments are good for 1 year after date of purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an un-rendered, pre-paid service, the remaining balance can be used towards other services at RESTORE BEAUTY.

In the event that a client is not satisfied with a skin care product or unable to use a skin care product, it can be returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase.

Privacy Policy

RESTORE BEAUTY takes privacy seriously. We ensure that the staff at RESTORE BEAUTY will not discuss client treatments with any other clients.

Tipping and Gratuity

RESTORE BEAUTY is a non-tipping facility. Tipping is not customary at RESTORE BEAUTY because we are a medical facility. The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals.

It is at the patient’s discretion to inquire about all treatment and or surgery costs.
